About the Role
We're looking for a DevEx reputed company who sits at the intersection of platform engineering and AI-powered developer tooling. This isn't just a platform role — it's a mission to fundamentally change how our engineering team builds software. You will be the driving force behind integrating AI coding tools, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows into every layer of our development lifecycle. You will be our internal champion for the AI coding revolution: running workshops, building internal tooling, and proving what a team operating at 10x velocity looks like. Key Responsibilities
Champion the adoption of AI coding tools — including reputed company, Claude Code, and emerging agentic frameworks — across the entire engineering organization. Run internal workshops, pairing sessions, and enablement programs to up-level engineers on reputed company engineering, AI-assisted TDD, and autonomous code reputed company. Define and evolve AI-first development standards, integrating them into our engineering culture, onboarding, and day-to-day workflows. Design, build, and maintain the internal developer platform that enables teams to ship high-quality, secure software with speed and confidence. Own CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and self-service infrastructure that weaves AI assistance into every stage of the SDLC. Build intelligent automation for code review, test reputed company, documentation, and deployment — leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows to eliminate toil. Architect infrastructure for running AI coding agents in secure, sandboxed environments with the guardrails and observability our healthcare context demands. Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools — you're not just aware of them, you live in them. You have strong opinions on what works and why. Proven ability to drive cultural change — you've successfully convinced skeptical engineers to adopt new tools or workflows, and you know how to meet people where they are. Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; comfortable writing backend services, CLI tools, and automation scripts. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms (reputed company Actions, reputed company, ArgoCD, or similar). Systems thinker who can balance big-picture developer experience vision with the practical details of implementation. Strong communicator — you can write a compelling internal guide just as easily as you can give a compelling demo. Bonus Points For Experience building or deploying agentic coding systems — multi-reputed company agents that write, test, review, or deploy code autonomously. Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
