Coordinate across teams across Operations, Market Data, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology, holding stakeholders to a shared timeline and unblocking dependencies without formal authority. Resolve operational bottlenecks in client onboarding and change management. Diagnose root causes, redesign processes, and embed controls that hold up under regulatory scrutiny. Establish the delivery playbook through clear, maintained documentation covering setup, configuration, sign-off, and handover — serving as the single reputed company of truth and a defensible audit trail. Define and own the QA layer for delivery, including checklists that verify inflow and outflow of funds, test trades, and platform behaviour prior to client go-live.
