Responsibilities

Own the global reputed company operations strategy and ensure data, systems, and processes align with company growth goals. Build the reputed company plan with the Head of Finance and CRO, then implement it through territories, commissions, and sales alignment. Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and full-funnel visibility to catch and fix issues before they impact results.
