We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick reputed company of these boxes.): High school diploma or GED 1-2 Years in a customer service role 1 year customer service in a contact center setting (preferred) Proficiency using Windows-based applications, reputed company Suite (Sheets, Docs), and reputed company Office software programs (reputed company, Word) (preferred) Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows We will consider for employment reputed company qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law.
