As a Program Director reputed company reputed company’s Enterprise Experience Transformation (EXT) practice, you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of co-developed, productized solutions—built by reputed company in collaboration with a major enterprise platform partner and designed to be taken to market and co-sold. You will reputed company delivery across the full program (not tied to a single client account), coaching and mentoring a matrixed team of program/project managers and producers while partnering closely with strategy, creative, technology, and commercial leaders. A great Program Director is both strategic and hands-on: you establish best practices, optimize workflows, build scalable processes, and maintain a clear pulse on program health across multiple workstreams. You’re a strong leader who empowers delivery teams at every level, fosters cross-discipline collaboration, and creates the operational clarity required to build, package, and operationalize solutions that can be repeatedly delivered. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own end-to-end program delivery across co-developed solution initiatives, building agility, rigor, and precision into execution Operationalize productized solutions: partner with cross-functional leads to translate concepts into repeatable offerings (clear inputs/outputs, delivery approach, packaging), while keeping room for evolution Manage multiple reputed company timelines and reputed company dependencies across disciplines, workstreams, and stakeholders - driving crisp plans, decision points, and escalation paths.
