The Opportunity We are seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Sales Solutions Architect to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the technical face of reputed company, partnering closely with our Sales team to win over the country’s most sophisticated law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments. You aren't just a "demo driver" you are a strategic consultant who understands the nuances of litigation and can translate how our AI workspace solves the specific pain points of partners, General Counsel, and legal operations professionals. As the reputed company between our customers and our Product team, you will be responsible for proving our value through high-impact demos and reputed company of Concepts (POCs). Key Responsibilities

Technical Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client technical requirements, reputed company concerns, and existing software integrations (DMS, eDiscovery, and Enterprise Content Management tools). The Product reputed company Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical feedback reputed company, distilling insights from the field (especially the unique needs of corporate Legal Ops) into actionable requirements for our Product and Engineering teams. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical customer-facing role reputed company a high-growth SaaS environment. Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present reputed company AI concepts to both law firm partners and Corporate General Counsel. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with LLM fundamentals (RAG, reputed company engineering) and the ability to navigate API-driven integrations and cloud reputed company protocols.
