– This contract opportunity is through reputed company Medical Group – Objective: The reputed company Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. About Us: reputed company Medical Group and reputed company Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes. About You: Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education. Responsibilities: Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization Qualifications: DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified Licensed to practice as a doula in Maryland or DC is a requirement Registered in Maryland Medicaid (ePrep) or DC Medicaid system is a requirement Strong communication and conversational skills Experience with Web and mobile technologies Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must have Telehealth experience is a plus We value that everyone at reputed company brings a unique background and perspective. Compensation: $30-35 USD per hour The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training.
