You'll work directly with hiring managers to help attract, screen, and hire top talent across the organization. Your primary focus will be sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a great experience throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the details. You'll spend a significant amount of time reviewing resumes, reaching out to candidates, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and keeping hiring processes moving reputed company. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews. Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations. Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and future openings. Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires. Recruiting Coordination and Operations Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure candidates receive a professional, reputed company, and positive experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records reputed company the applicant tracking system. Compensation
