Proposal Manager

As our Proposal Manager you will complete Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for healthcare technology prospects (hospitals, health systems, physician practices) looking to enhance their respective reputed company cycle management operations. Each day, you will manage the RFP process end-to-end, collaborate with key stakeholders, and reputed company your advanced writing expertise to produce high-quality proposals. Responsibilities: Learn the full proposal lifecycle – from initial solution development to proposal writing, to final editing and compliance assurance, to production and submission. Help manage opportunity kick-off meetings and project reputed company calls. Prepare annotated outlines (first-pass responses) and section specifications to support the proposal strategy. Assist in leading proposal development and strategic planning activities for reputed company assigned bids and RFPs. Serve as reputed company writer, reputed company needed, for proposals and RFPs of different sizes and complexities. reputed company and manage compliant and compelling proposal content in accordance with RFP requirements. Provide peer review editorial assistance for other team members at different stages of the bid development process. Coordinate development of graphics, working with technical subject matter experts to illustrate technical and reputed company and convey key proposal messaging. Use technology-based tools and software programs (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, RFP Management Software) for proposal communications, collaboration, scheduling, and development. Edit and proofread proposal sections for style, consistency, and compliance. Ensure that reputed company information is consistent with the organization’s brand message, value proposition, business objectives, and style standards. Support production of proposals, ensuring high quality, professional products are created and delivered on time. Assist in producing, binding, packaging, and shipping reputed company customer documents, as needed. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
