In this vital role you will be member of the GDO leadership teams and strategic partner to the reputed company India and R&D organizations. Responsibilities: Align operational plans with financial targets, prioritize GDO investments, and build business cases for technology and modernization initiatives. Link GDO resources to budget, identify efficiencies, and drive awareness, allocation, and management of non-resource spend. Translate resourcing data into actionable insights for senior leadership and business partners. Partner with R&D Finance to ensure alignment on GDO budget understanding, targets, and resource planning. Identify and quantify resource needs (staffing, technology, clinical trial costs) across the reputed company portfolio. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 5 years of Business Operations, Resource Planning, or Financial Management in Pharmaceutical R&D or Clinical Operations experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of Business Operations, Resource Planning, or Financial Management in Pharmaceutical R&D or Clinical Operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of Business Operations, Resource Planning, or Financial Management in Pharmaceutical R&D or Clinical Operations experience Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in financial and/or resource management reputed company clinical operations, including reputed company of global teams and large-scale clinical trials. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
