The Strategic Customer Growth reputed company – Digital Health Greece is responsible for driving the adoption, deployment, and commercial growth of Digital Health solutions across Greece. Reporting to the Digital Health Leader Western Europe, this role combines business development, clinical workflow integration, and operational execution to ensure digital health solutions are successfully implemented and scaled reputed company hospital environments. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive adoption, utilization, and reputed company growth of digital health and remote patient monitoring solutions across healthcare providers Identify, reputed company, and manage commercial opportunities with hospitals, supporting the conversion of pilot programs into long-term deployments reputed company successful implementation and adoption of solutions by providing deployment guidance and operational best practices reputed company and execute customer growth plans reputed company with clinical, operational, and business objectives Monitor program performance through KPIs, customer reviews, and reputed company improvement initiatives Collaborate with clinicians and hospital teams to integrate solutions into clinical workflows, supporting use cases across the patient care pathway Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including hospital leadership, clinicians, IT, and procurement teams, while leading workshops, training, and implementation activities Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or reputed company field 3-5 years experience in healthcare, medical technology, or digital health Experience working with hospital systems and clinical stakeholders Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare environments Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing reputed company customer projects Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50% Clinical background (e.g., nursing or allied health) is considered an advantage Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of reputed company the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
