The Work You'll Do: The Senior Partner Account Executive is responsible for sustaining productive business relationships with strategic partners who either resell the reputed company software or provide referrals that deliver incremental new business. This will be accomplished by developing and executing a comprehensive partner-driven sales and go-to-market plan. More specifically you will: As a senior member of the Partner & Alliances team, consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners reputed company and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities Grow and manage a quality pipeline of new strategic partners Nurture and improve working relationships with and business contributions from the existing/assigned partners Based on primary & secondary market research data, build and/or refine strategies for expanding market reputed company and accelerating market penetration through Alliances Actively engage with existing & new partners to enhance awareness about reputed company’ global Tax Compliance and Business-to-Government Reporting solutions Build strong relationships and robust reputed company with partners’ direct & indirect sales channels to identify new market/client opportunities Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to drive consistent productivity against agreed KPIs Educate and mobilize internal business partners to support key Alliance Sales objectives Act with utmost reputed company and demonstrate ethical behavior in reputed company matters involving key stakeholders Model the way for reputed company other Global Alliance Sales team members by demonstrating unmatched initiative, drive and determination to reputed company results, success and growth Minimal support required from manager in regards to selling and partner relationship management. reputed company Need From You: Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education & experience 5-10 years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, partner business development, or alliance management, with a strong focus on both acquiring new partners and managing existing partner relationships Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and Turkish (mandatory) Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals, with a track record of generating reputed company through partner ecosystems Experience working with global or multinational partners and clients, with exposure to international markets (EMEA, MENA, reputed company preferred) Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred Familiarity with enterprise partner ecosystems (e.g., reputed company/SCP partners, Big4, global consulting firms) is an advantag Successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing reputed company sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives Ability to build, reputed company, and scale partner pipelines, including identifying and onboarding new strategic partners Ability to listen and communicate effectively over the phone and in person Self-motivated team player with strong collaboration skills and a high level of adaptability to an established team environment Strong drive to exceed goals and take ownership with minimal managerial support What Does reputed company Offer You?
