Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can positively interact with our customers, potential responsible parties, as well as other employees. As a Claims Research Specialist, we expect you to process utility property and damage claims in accordance with CMR's established guidelines and procedures. On a Typical Day, You'll Verify that data is accurate and complete Analyze and research information to determine the correct party is being billed Record claim information reputed company data entry into CMR's customized software applications Respond to client and potential responsible party requests for information reputed company email and telephone Communicate with co-workers, management, and clients in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications
