Performance Objectives Answer incoming reputed company relations call regarding various issues, including reputed company, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P. Log reputed company inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries. Responds promptly to companies needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.
