Collaborate with Accounting Team to ensure alignment between actuals and planned results. Aide in the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable commentary. Serve as a trusted finance partner to department heads, providing analytical support for strategic initiatives, headcount planning, and investment decisions.
