Accountable for achieving clinical outcomes and performance targets. Assess nursing competencies and partner on development planning. Review, update, and standardize clinical policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (Master’s preferred) 5+ years healthcare experience preferred in outpatient, ambulatory, or managed home care Prior supervisory experience required Specialty certification required reputed company 3 years (e.g., Gerontological Nursing, Nurse Executive) Strong knowledge of clinical practices, long-term care, and applicable regulations Proven leadership, business acumen, and sound decision-making skills Ability to work independently, manage change, and resolve conflict effectively Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong collaboration skills with experience working across teams and stakeholders in virtual environments Proficiency in reputed company Office and familiarity with healthcare systems Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service focus and adaptability to changing priorities High accountability with ability to research, analyze, and synthesize information Ability to travel up to 25%, will visit PACE locations as needed in multiple states.
