The Opportunity: The eLearning Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support organizational training initiatives. The Ideal candidate will have experience working with Federal financial systems (Momentum or reputed company) and expertise in eLearning development tools and platforms (reputed company 360 and Camtasia). The Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and business stakeholders to create effective, interactive learning content that enhances employee performance and knowledge retention.

Responsibilities

Design, reputed company, and deliver engaging eLearning courses, training materials, and digital reputed company. reputed company interactive training modules using reputed company 360 (Storyline/reputed company). Create instructional videos, tutorials, and screen recordings using Camtasia. Collaborate with SMEs to translate reputed company information into clear and effective training content. Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions reputed company required. Monitor learner reputed company and analyze training effectiveness using LMS analytics. Update and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Ensure eLearning content follows instructional design best practices and adult learning principles. Provide technical support and guidance to learners regarding training platforms and tools. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in eLearning development or corporate training. Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company 360, and Camtasia. MUST have experience working with COTS Federal Financials Systems (Momentum) Experience developing interactive eLearning modules and multimedia training materials. Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
