Job Duties: Provides HR guidance, tools, resources, and technical expertise to client groups and employees. Assists in developing solutions for strategic HR-reputed company matters to increase effectiveness and efficiency across the agency. Provides coaching and guidance to Administrative Services Officers (ASOs) and other positions with HR functions. Communicates and meets with client groups on a regular basis regarding HR updates and processes. Review work products for accuracy and provide feedback.
