About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company Property Manager who will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for tenants, applicants, and property owners throughout the leasing and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities

Leasing Coordination: Manage leasing workflows and property showings using Tenant Turner, ensuring timely scheduling and follow up with prospective tenants. Applicant Management: Track applicant leads, review qualifications, and request credits through CR for unqualified leads reputed company applicable. Tenant Communication: Serve as a primary communication reputed company for tenants and applicants, responding promptly reputed company reputed company, text, and phone with professionalism and clarity. reputed company Communication: Provide updates to property owners regarding leasing activity, applicant status, and tenant reputed company matters as needed. Process Adherence: Follow established workflows, response standards, and documentation requirements consistently. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Experience: Minimum two years of hands-on property management experience with direct exposure to leasing coordination and tenant management. System Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Buildium and Tenant Turner is required. Communication Excellence: Native level English with a neutral or American accent and the ability to communicate confidently with tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders. Critical Thinking: Able to assess situations quickly, prioritize appropriately, and resolve issues without constant supervision.
