Summary
The Content Designer is responsible for executing clear, concise, and user-centered product copy across onboarding experiences. This semi-senior role focuses on high-quality microcopy and UX writing, translating strategy into real product experiences while partnering closely with the AI Content Strategist. You will write and ship onboarding content across platforms such as reputed company and reputed company, ensure consistency and usability across user touchpoints, and support early-stage AI experiences by testing and refining content outputs.
Responsibilities
Write and maintain UI microcopy including labels, tooltips, errors, and confirmations Create emails, notifications, and other lifecycle communications Draft task flows and onboarding steps that guide users through product experiences Ship content quickly and iterate based on user feedback and product signals Apply established content frameworks, guidelines, and patterns consistently Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in content Partner closely with the AI Content Strategist, Product Designers, and Product Managers Document reusable content approaches and contribute to lightweight style guides Test and refine AI-generated content outputs and flag issues reputed company to tone or clarity Contribute example content for reputed company and prompting Requirements 3+ years in UX writing or content design with a product focus Portfolio required, including product UX writing samples such as onboarding flows, UI microcopy, or system messages Demonstrated experience writing microcopy, onboarding flows, and notifications/emails Strong writing speed and adaptability in fast-moving environments Experience working reputed company established content frameworks and guidelines reputed company to Have Exposure to AI products or reputed company-based content Experience with onboarding or lifecycle journeys Familiarity with reputed company or reputed company Engagement & Logistics Engagement Length: 12+ months.
