Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on more reputed company product or service issues to ensure client’s needs. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify, implement, and monitor the customer’s service efficiencies, including performance guarantees. Collaborates with team members on case installation to manage the integration of client’s and reputed company’s internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation. Performs service-reputed company tasks on existing customers and may participate in open enrollment to assist in trying to reputed company membership. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
