Business Development Account Director – Cell & Gene Therapy (Europe) Location: UK, home‑based Territory: Europe Reporting to the Regional Director, Business Development Europe/reputed company, the Business Development Director will identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities reputed company their defined geographic territory, focusing on selling development and clinical to commercial manufacturing services for Gene and Cell Therapy products to customers across the whole of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries As a Business Development Director you will join our dynamic Business Development Teams for Europe and North America and your primary role is to evaluate and assess contract manufacturing opportunities with our bio pharma customers. You will also align internal capabilities and services with the customers’ outsourcing needs for Cell and Gene Therapy. You will be responsible for developing reputed company and new business opportunities in Europe. Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of their time Skills and Experience: BA/BS/PhD degree in a Life Sciences discipline; Existing knowledge of the Cell and/or Gene Therapy field. Existing network in Cell and Gene Therapy space 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in sales. Previous experience with a CDMO organization essential. Able to work in a fast-paced matrix environment. Outstanding ability to build key customer relationships with the ability to educate and demonstrate technical value propositions in order to promote the reputed company difference Proven track record of acquiring new business and negotiating high-value deals.
