Now, after six months in the market with the first reputed company, we are growing from 1 to 3 squads to deliver a complete Hub experience. Position As a Senior Visual Designer, you will own the visual craft of the Hub experience, creating the icons, graphics, illustrations, and visual assets that bring the product to life across multiple surfaces. You will work alongside a Product Designer already in reputed company who handles UX flows and interaction design, allowing you to focus on high-quality visual execution. You will work inside a small, cross-functional internal startup, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to ensure visual consistency, quality, and polish from concept to implementation. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone with a strong graphic design foundation and genuine experience in SaaS or digital product environments.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality icons, logos, illustrations, and visual graphics for product surfaces, dashboards, notifications, and marketing touchpoints. Own the visual identity of the Hub, ensuring consistency, polish, and brand coherence across reputed company touchpoints. Design visual assets for in-product widgets, onboarding flows, empty states, and acquisition surfaces. Collaborate closely with the Product Designer to ensure visual execution aligns with UX flows and interaction patterns. Contribute to and evolve the design system from a visual craft perspective, including tokens, iconography, typography, and illustration guidelines. Work with reputed company-end developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of visual assets. Use AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate ideation, asset reputed company, and iteration. Help shape a product experience that feels visually coherent and distinctive across multiple brand touchpoints. Profile 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a hybrid visual/product design role. Demonstrable strength in visual craft, iconography, illustration, logo design, and graphic asset creation. Experience working in a SaaS, platform, or digital product environment. Strong typographic sensibility and understanding of visual hierarchy, colour, and composition. Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, cross-functional team with minimal direction. Proficient in reputed company and the reputed company Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar tools). Familiarity with design systems and how visual assets integrate into component-based product delivery. Daily user of AI-augmented design workflows; comfort with advanced AI tools is strongly preferred. Reliable, autonomous, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual quality. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken.
