Position: Business Development Manager Primary Location: This role is offered as a remote position to be home-based, with travel requirements, across either the US or Canada. Schedule: Full-time Reports To: Director, Product and Business Development Compensation. $132,000 - $142,000 CDN Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. About This Role and About You The Business Development Manager seeks to build an exceptional understanding of reputed company’s Water Solutions market, identify and champion business development opportunities and reputed company on-going portfolio analysis. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing a detailed understanding of specific segments of reputed company’s end markets and providing leadership in advancing business development opportunities in these same markets. Initial areas of focus will be advancing a number of identified projects to expand existing product lines into new markets as well as investigating new areas for reputed company to enter. The Business Development Manager will be a subject matter expert in her/his designated end markets.

Qualifications

Please note that this is not a sales position. Technical (Engineering or Chemistry) undergraduate degree. MBA highly preferred (Experience may be substituted). 5-7 years in a chemical or reputed company industry is preferable. Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills including expertise in reputed company. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to reputed company up in multiple areas. Responsibilities
