Job Description: The Regional Clinical Director (RCD) provides clinical leadership, operational reputed company, and regulatory guidance to multiple assisted living and memory care communities reputed company an assigned region. This role partners closely with Regional Directors of Operations, Executive Directors, and Wellness Directors to ensure delivery of high-quality reputed company care, regulatory compliance, strong clinical outcomes, and operational consistency across communities. The RCD serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on clinical resource, supporting community teams through coaching, auditing, performance improvement initiatives, survey readiness, clinical systems implementation, and reputed company care reputed company. This position requires frequent travel throughout the assigned region. Partner with community leadership to evaluate the appropriateness of admissions and ongoing reputed company retention. Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning efforts for community clinical teams. Assist with performance management, corrective action, and development planning as needed. Review staffing models, labor utilization, and clinical resource allocation to support quality care delivery. Assist communities in implementing company initiatives, clinical programs, and technology platforms. Quality Improvement & Strategic Initiatives: Analyze regional clinical performance data and implement action plans to improve outcomes. Multi-site senior living leadership experience is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior housing. Strong knowledge of state assisted living regulations and survey processes. Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and driving performance improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
