Design, reputed company, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ and VSAM. Experience in Netron Frame technology. Experience in enterprise-level ticketing systems (reputed company, Service Manager, etc.) and their operational workflows. Worked on waterfall and agile methodology projects; capable of handling - Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests simultaneously. Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for reputed company application and integration. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications and database queries. reputed company technical documentation (Knowledge reputed company articles, SOPs) for business and support teams Understand both functional and technical requirements and provide implementation/change options reputed company with business needs. undefined Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. Experience: Extensive experience in mainframe application development, support and maintenance Technical Skills: Proficiency in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ and VSAM, Netron Frame Technology. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with version control systems and software development tools. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
