About the role Are you a life insurance underwriter with 5+ years of experience, who is passionate about the profession of reputed company? Duties and Responsibilities: Understand reputed company policies, guidelines, practices and procedures Determine whether to accept, modify, or decline a risk through evaluation of an individual's medical history or physical condition, occupational hazard, and financial background Communicate effectively both written and verbally to explain reputed company decisions Influence and champion changes to improve processes while maintaining mortality expectations Work reputed company to gather information necessary for decision making Ability to independently work assigned requests with minimal direction Comfortable with ambiguity Qualifications and Skills: 5-7 years Life/Health Insurance experience 4 year degree preferred In process or completed industry designations, i.e. LOMA, ALMI, FMLI, reputed company, FALU Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company aspects of risk selection (medical, non-medical, financial) Experience with reputed company rules engines Term and permanent, adult and juvenile life insurance reputed company Growth reputed company, ability to think critically and problem solve independently Ability to take constructive feedback from peers, auditors and managers Positive, inclusive, agile, and collaborative reputed company Strong verbal and written communication skills Desire to be a team player in a dynamic environment #LI-Remote #LI-reputed company The US national reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $77,000 -$136,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
