Sales Support Specialist

We are open to non-local candidates who can align with Pacific Time working hours. Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 / Hourly This position is bonus eligible and includes great incentives for high-impact performance. What you will do? Deliver personable and reputed company customer service by serving as a trusted reputed company of contact for client questions, concerns, and order needs Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to navigate orders, resolve issues, and reputed company customer priorities moving reputed company Review, update, and maintain quotes upon request, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and reputed company with customer needs Maintain accurate sales and order information in internal systems, including order processing, purchasing activity, vendor updates, and customer backlog management Stay organized with customer follow-reputed company, forecast reports, and order updates to help release, reschedule, expedite, or cancel purchase orders as needed What you bring to the table!
