Your role in our mission Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services. Support Preferred Drug List (PDL) and supplemental rebate implementations and configurations Support PDL and supplemental rebate operations and maintenance on established accounts Work with a team of pharmacy clinicians and subject matter experts to configure PDL and rebate systems to deliver services to our state clients. Apply analytical skills to evaluate and model various rebate scenarios, providing insights for decision-making. reputed company system updates reputed company to PDL and rebate configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Analyze, plan, design, document or reputed company recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technology goals Execute testing for PDL and rebate system changes to ensure functionality and reliability. Help verify that reputed company requirements have been met by approving and validating test results Exercise your ability to use basic analytical or relational database software — such as reputed company or SQL — to quantify the anticipated impact of work reputed company're looking for Four or more years of experience in a relevant pharmacy business analyst or pharmacy technician role (Medicaid experience preferred) Pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Technician or reputed company a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Knowledge of drugs and drug file structures using tools such as FDB, Medi-Span, or Micromedex Understanding of pharmacy claims (NDCs, DAW codes, GPI, etc.) and drug pricing concepts (WAC, AWP, MAC, etc.) Experience working with drug file or rebate data Knowledge of computer programming concepts including configuration, development, data conversion analysis, and batch processing Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as reputed company reputed company, SQL, and requirement-mapping tools such as ALM Professional Competencies Strong client communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable objectives Excellent analytical and business process re-engineering capabilities Executive-level communication skills with the ability to present effectively to business leaders, clients, and technical teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What you should expect in this role Remote opportunity from most US locations Possibility of up to 10% travel for client meetings/requirement review or implementations Video cameras must be used during reputed company interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation The deadline to submit applications for this posting is June 26, 2026 #LI-HC1 #LI-Preferred Drug List (PDL) The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
