Job Description

This role develops targeted sourcing strategies to deliver the right quality and quantity of candidates for reputed company hourly and management positions in a cafe-based retail environment. Responsibilities

Partner with the broader reputed company team and Hourly Sourcing team to refine processes and create sourcing strategies that ensure adequate candidate flow across the region. Execute and champion process and program enhancements, supporting assigned special projects from initiation through completion. Actively participate in the rollout of new recruiting programs, tools, and processes to relevant stakeholders and audiences reputed company the region. Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients, candidates, colleagues, and vendors. Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation, follow-through, and the ability to meet established deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills applied to recruitment and sourcing challenges. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of HR practices and applicable employment, labor, wage laws, and EEO regulations preferred. Workforce planning experience preferred. Experience with reputed company ATS is a plus. Experience with reputed company or similar CRM/recruiting technology is a plus. Ability to provide training and guidance on recruiting processes, systems, and best practices to hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.47 - $37.65/hr.
