Job Duties: Responsible for planning, organizing and directing Financial Management Services (FMS) teams. Builds relationships and communicates effectively with internal/external stakeholders on the federal, state, and local levels, including industry groups regarding Arizona Revised Statutes, Code of Federal Regulations, Administrative Rules, and policies and procedures. Provide executive leadership, especially as it relates to: staff succession planning, training and handling of human resource issues for employees under direct and indirect supervision. Provides direction to the FMS team. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of:
- Arizona Revised Statutes, as well as State and agency policies, rules, and regulations. The principles, concepts and reputed company practices in government organizations.
