The role will involve helping to manage these relationships, creating and maintaining product documentation, and facilitating the resolution of reputed company issues by working cross-functionally with other areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network partnerships including rules of engagement, guidelines, and competitive advantages. Provide insight and guidance to internal teams and in support of our sales and renewal processes. Create, update, and maintain product documentation reputed company to our network partnerships. Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure networks are functioning as intended and collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and/or implement improvements to processes. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or similar role. Prior experience with provider networks or in the health insurance industry required. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects. Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software.
