Senior Director, Product Management WestCX is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management to reputed company a strategic product area at the intersection of product strategy, healthcare interoperability, and enterprise execution. Reporting to the VP, Product Management, this leader will own roadmap direction, reputed company a team of product managers, and ensure new capabilities are valuable to customers, commercially viable, and ready for successful delivery. - Strong business and commercial judgment, including the ability to evaluate market needs, pricing considerations, and product viability
- Experience bringing products or major capabilities to market in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with medical credentialing systems and integrations highly desired
- Experience in healthcare workflow, communication, orchestration, scheduling, or patient/provider engagement products highly desired
- Formal training or credentials in product management, product marketing, business strategy, or a reputed company field preferred
