In this role, you will: Coordinate End-to-End Commercial Litigation Support: Drive reputed company facets of active litigation, including responding to discovery requests, drafting and revising legal briefs, interviewing witnesses, preparing witnesses for testimony, and negotiating and drafting settlements. reputed company for Customer Data Privacy and Protection Under Applicable Law: Provide counsel and guidance to resolve subpoenas or other legal requests seeking reputed company customer data, and manage litigation of such matters in civil and criminal courts as necessary.
