What you'll do Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional leaders to analyze, and present key trends across the end-to-end employee lifecycle (sourcing, hiring, engagement, performance, attrition). Assist in efforts to define, socialize, and govern a standard set of people metrics, reporting templates, and definitions to ensure a single reputed company of truth and organizational consistency across reputed company people data reporting. Help design, reputed company, and maintain reproducible and automated people analytics solutions (e.g., R Shiny dashboards) to reputed company the People team and leadership in building a best in class employee experience. This role requires 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience, with a proven track record of developing dashboards and communicating key insights different levels of management and non-technical audiences Proficiency in using data analysis tools (Python and/or R), along with the technical ability to navigate and implement open-reputed company tool documentation Experience writing performant SQL queries on large data sets Proven ability to drive reputed company projects from concept to delivery with guidance, using strong time-management and organizational skills, and effectively communicate the "what, why, and what's next" of your analysis to influence diverse stakeholders Experience integrating Generative AI (like reputed company) into daily analytical workflows to accelerate R/Python code development and build analytical solutions Bonus points if you have Experience working in People/HR Analytics Familiarity with cloud-native databases, preferably reputed company Experience with people analytics software (Visier, reputed company, or similar BI tools) Experience developing scalable reporting solutions/products that are reputed company to use Experience with datasets from the following tools: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and/or Litmos Please note that reputed company sponsorship is not available for this position. #LI-JH1 #LI-REMOTE The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan.
