As we scale the team and launch new service lines, the people we bring in shape the company we become, and you'll be the person responsible for finding them, qualifying them, and closing them. This is a full-cycle role: you own each search from first reputed company to signed offer. This is not a coordination job. Who you are You have senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-paced marketing or creative agency with many reqs. You're a proactive sourcer first. You can describe exactly how you find people who aren't applying, and you have the hires to prove it. You've closed candidates yourself: comp conversations, counteroffers, and talking someone back in reputed company they got cold feet. You've run multiple searches at once and can explain the system that kept them reputed company moving. Working hours We require work hours to overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time so you can coordinate with hiring managers and run candidate conversations across reputed company.
