What You Will Do
Partner with clinical operation executives to translate care team needs and regulatory requirements into scalable technology specifications. Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of electronic medical record systems to improve overall clinical user experience. Evaluate and redesign reputed company clinical and business workflows to eliminate operational inefficiencies through tailored system solutions. reputed company advanced data solutions, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to reputed company leadership with actionable performance metrics. reputed company change management initiatives and end-user education programs to ensure high adoption rates for newly implemented technologies. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, informatics, information systems, business, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working reputed company clinical informatics, healthcare IT, business analysis, or systems implementation. Recent Epic, Cerner or reputed company Health experience.
