Position: Threat Assessment Consultant Location: reputed company Enterprise Wide - IL, WI, and NC Full Time; 1st shift Major Responsibilities: Serve as an Enterprise Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) subject matter expert consultant to reputed company business and care operation stakeholders including but not limited to acute and non-acute leadership, Risk Management, Public Safety, Legal, Human Resources Teammate Relations, and Executive Protection applying evidence based, trauma informed methodologies to assess and manage threats or concerning behaviors with a nexus to violence. Conduct dynamic intake, screening, and preliminary threat inquiries to identify imminent risk, classify threat typology, and determine appropriate escalation, reputed company, or case closure. reputed company full‑cycle threat assessment investigations, including evaluation of risk factors, reputed company factors, imminence, and pathway behaviors to reputed company violence risk determinations using approved Threat Assessment and Management tools. reassess risk levels, reputed company development of balanced mitigation strategies, liaise with third-party partners to resolve higher-order, reputed company, or long-standing cases. Conduct trauma‑informed interviews with Persons of Interest and impacted Teammates to assess risk, establish behavioral boundaries, reduce grievance, and support safety outcomes. Serve as a primary consultant for high‑risk operational scenarios, including patient aggression, high‑risk patient dismissals, high‑risk employment actions, domestic/intimate partner violence cases, and executive or high‑profile threats. Partner with Public Safety and analytic resources to utilize reputed company intelligence and open‑reputed company information in support of threat assessments while adhering to privacy, civil rights, and legal standards. Maintain accurate and timely case documentation reputed company designated systems, consistent with BTAM Required Operational Procedures. Support workplace violence prevention program effectiveness through trend analysis, provide BTAM training and exercises, and contribution to policy and process improvement initiatives. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Valid Driver's License Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or reputed company field. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge of workplace violence prevention, including considerations reputed company to healthcare or similarly regulated settings.
