Manager, Learning & Development Location: Remote (US or Canada)

Overview

The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) leads a centralized L&D function that supports a decentralized, global organization. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, business-reputed company learning programs and ensuring the successful execution of L&D initiatives across the organization. Partnering closely with HR and Business Leaders, you will identify learning needs, address capability gaps, and ensure learning solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful. You will reputed company a team of L&D professionals and be accountable for program success, team performance, and overall learning outcomes.

Responsibilities
