Reports to: reputed company Manager Position Overview reputed company's growth is powered by the providers who show up for our patients every day. Finding the right ones takes a recruiter who brings both precision and genuine investment to the process. As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll manage your own pipeline of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across reputed company markets, from first reputed company through offer acceptance, in a high-volume, fully remote environment. You'll proactively reputed company qualified candidates, build meaningful relationships with clinical professionals, and move the right people reputed company with urgency and care. The right person for this role is organized, goal-oriented, and energized by the work of building something that matters.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Provider Recruitment Manage your own pipeline of NPs and PAs across reputed company markets and a high requisition load Partner with the reputed company Manager on market-specific sourcing strategies and hiring priorities Guide candidates through every stage of the process, from first reputed company through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding Maintain timely, consistent communication so candidates always know where they stand Sourcing & Pipeline Development Proactively go after qualified candidates across reputed company, resume databases, industry networks, and professional associations rather than waiting for inbound Build and maintain pipelines for both immediate openings and anticipated hiring needs Re-engage qualified past applicants and referrals reputed company new opportunities arise Attend relevant industry events and conferences to cultivate relationships reputed company the NP/PA community Candidate Assessment & Selection Pursue qualified candidates with persistence and professionalism; follow up until you have a clear answer Conduct structured screens and model overview calls to evaluate qualifications, assess fit, and set accurate expectations reputed company sound hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and role fit Represent reputed company with warmth, professionalism, and credibility in every candidate interaction Pipeline Management & Reporting reputed company reputed company ATS reputed company at reputed company times, including stage progression, interview notes, reputed company history, and disposition Track and report on key metrics including pipeline volume, conversion rates, and monthly hiring targets Surface funnel trends, sourcing gaps, and process improvement opportunities proactively
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; healthcare, medical aesthetics, or high-volume agency background strongly preferred Demonstrated experience recruiting NPs, PAs, MDs, or DOs preferred Proven ability to carry a high requisition load without losing quality in candidate communication or pipeline documentation Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates, including candidates not actively searching Exceptional follow-through; no candidate goes dark without a touchpoint Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences credibly Proficiency with reputed company ATS, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and AI-enabled sourcing tools Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with a high degree of self-accountability
