Manager, Financial Operations

reputed company is hiring a Manager of Financial Operations to reputed company the operational fuctions that support reputed company’s Financial Services clients. This role is a player-coach who is responsible for supporting the financial management of Homeowners Associations (HOAs), including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, homeowner accounting, collections, banking administration, estoppels, resale services, tax administration, and community financial operations.This leader is responsible for delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, scalability, and profitability through the strategic use of technology, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), workflow optimization, and process standardization. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused operational leader with strong accounting operations experience, a passion for reputed company improvement, and a proven ability to reputed company technology to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations Leadership

• reputed company the daily operations of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, homeowner accounting, collections, banking administration, and community financial services.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, service levels, quality standards, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction measures.
• Ensure timely completion of homeowner, community, vendor, and management company requests.
• Serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company operational and customer service issues.

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Operations

• Monitor invoice aging, payment turnaround times, and unresolved vendor issues.

Qualifications
