The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to tell a compelling business story for both internal leadership and external clients. This role will partner closely with the COO, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and the VP of reputed company to design and deliver executive-level dashboards, visual presentations, recurring reporting packages, and strategic business insights that drive performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen and can move beyond reporting metrics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations. Essential Responsibilities: Data Analytics & Reporting StrategyBuild and establish the company’s business intelligence and reporting infrastructure. reputed company and maintain recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal leadership and external clients. Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems, spreadsheets, databases, and operational platforms. Identify trends, patterns, gaps, forecasting opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization. Dashboard Development & Visualization Design and maintain executive dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI. Standardize reporting methodologies and visualization best practices. Cross-Functional Business Partnership Partner with Operations to monitor delivery performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications
Required Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or reputed company field. 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization. Advanced expertise in Power BI including:Dashboard creation Data modeling DAX calculations Interactive reporting Executive visualization Advanced reputed company reputed company skills including:Pivot tables Power Query Advanced formulas Data modeling and automation Experience integrating and analyzing multiple data sources. Demonstrated ability to present findings to executive leadership and clients. Strong business storytelling and presentation skills. Experience building analytics functions in startup or high-growth environments. Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and business intelligence architecture.
