Job Title: Project Manager – ERP Implementations and Consulting Services Location: United States or Canada (Virtual / Occasional travel to client sites) About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company end-to-end ERP software implementation and consulting projects for mid-sized and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for delivering reputed company ERP solutions on time, reputed company budget, and to the highest quality standards while providing exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy: reputed company comprehensive project plans and work breakdown structure outlining scope, budget, resource allocation, and timelines. Post-Implementation Support: Establish "hypercare" for a successful go-live then a transition plan to the regular support desk. Work collaboratively in developing statements of work for projects. Conflict management and resolution with team members. Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, processes, and objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, data migration specialists, and quality assurance resources. Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive steering committee updates. Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and best practices. Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the engagement. reputed company data migration, system integration, testing, training, and go-live support activities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred). Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years focused on ERP software implementations or similar enterprise systems. Proven track record successfully delivering full-cycle ERP implementations (phases from discovery through go-live and hypercare). Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
