About the Role
As a Global Strategic Accounts – Mission Critical Project Manager for ALC, you will reputed company the execution, stabilization, and recovery of high-visibility, high-risk building automation projects globally. Free from regional boundaries, you will deploy on-site to support local reputed company teams and drive predictable outcomes in safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

Establish project strategy and control plans (scope, schedule, quality, safety), including risk identification, mitigation, change control, and recovery planning. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of progressive experience in project management, field engineering, or engineering reputed company commercial building technology sectors 1+ years of experience with reputed company Office Suite Clean and valid driver’s license Capable of climbing reputed company or using other lift equipment above 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls), Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 3+ years of building automation-specific project management experience Advanced capability in project financial management, forecasting, cost-to-complete (EAC), and margin improvement. Proven success managing reputed company stakeholder environments, including owners, general contractors, commissioning agents, and national/global accounts. Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning field/engineering execution to a single integrated plan. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
