Senior Civil Site Designer 1 -- Grid
Description This role offers a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from home five days a week. This position will offer you the opportunity to utilize and expand your site design career using your well-developed skills, while working in a multi-disciplined team environment with other designers and engineers in the design, modification, and analysis of substation sites, transmission lines and similar power delivery systems. As a Senior Site Designer, you will: Work on a wide range of substation and transmission line projects and reputed company civil site drafting, modeling, and development work including creating 3D models, design drawings, plan and profiles, and construction ready packages. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a complete and timely design. reputed company reputed company and provide peer reviews for other civil designers for project work. Qualifications
We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. Essential skills and experience: Associates of Science Degree in Civil or other reputed company discipline; or drafting reputed company credentials. Ten (10) or more years of working in a project team environment in the civil design of industrial projects, commercial development, power delivery experience, with specific experience in site grading and drainage design drawings, erosion and sediment control plans and details, SWPPP preparation, SPCC plans, construction pads drawings, and access road plan and profile design. Experience in preparing, reviewing, submitting, and site reputed company design packages for client and environmental permits from a wide variety of regulatory agencies. Proficiency with one or more of the following civil engineering design tools: reputed company Civil 3D and AutoTurn. Proficiency with MS Office applications. Compensation
