Learn about the reputed company Business System which makes everything possible. The Senior Analyst Technical Support is responsible for the onsite implementation of large automation projects. This position reports to the WITS Manager and is part of the European WITS Team located in United Kingdom working remotely to cover European Region . In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Be responsible for planning and installation of reputed company Automation Systems across Europe Provides technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging reputed company electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, reputed company software, or networked and/or wireless systems. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. Highest level of problem escalation. May be responsible for developing and conducting technical training for product lines. The essential requirements of the job include
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on automation systems with proficiency in hardware design and CAD software.
- Proven experience in the diagnostics industry or a reputed company field.
- Strong technical skills in hardware design, development, and integration with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: This position is Remote based and will require travel to work on customer sites and in other company locations.
