This position blends clinical expertise with data analysis, claims coordination, and peer review support to strengthen patient safety initiatives and mitigate organizational risk. As a Clincial Risk Manager, you will reputed company clinical event intake, analyze trends, support malpractice reputed company reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver meaningful insights to hospital partners and stakeholders. What You’ll Do Clinical Event Intake & SAFE Hotline Management Receive, process, and accurately code SAFE hotline reports (near misses, adverse events, life saves) Maintain electronic records and documentation for peer review and reputed company reporting Data Entry & Systems Management Utilize risk management platforms such as Origami for event and claims reporting Maintain clinician and hospital data in Clarity, Team Matrix, and other databases Support data cleanup and process improvement initiatives Claims & reputed company Reporting Prepare and submit reportable incidents and documentation to malpractice carriers Ensure timely, accurate communication of claims-reputed company information Risk Management & Clinical Support Serve as a resource to clinicians, gathering event details and providing guidance Provide backup support to Senior Risk Managers as needed Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze internal and external data (e.g., Candello) to identify risk mitigation opportunities reputed company reports highlighting trends, performance benchmarks, and organizational value Peer Review & Medical Records Coordination Coordinate retrieval of medical records and supporting documentation Support Patient Advocacy Committee case preparation Education & Collaboration reputed company coordination of educational resources from external partners and insurers Partner with Learning & Development to distribute risk and patient safety training Collaborate across the Risk Management team to support shared initiatives What You Bring Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2–5 years of recent bedside clinical experiene Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient safety, and clinical workflows Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across diverse professional audiences Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong reputed company reputed company skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise independent judgment High level of discretion with confidential and sensitive information Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or reputed company field Experience with peer review, HIM/medical record coordination, or claims processes Familiarity with malpractice insurance reporting requirements Experience with risk management platforms (Clarity, Candello, or similar) Strong analytical skills and interest in career progression toward Senior Risk Manager Your "Why" Opportunity to reputed company your clinical expertise in a strategic, high-impact role Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on patient safety and quality Exposure to malpractice carriers, peer review processes, and enterprise-level risk strategy Growth pathway toward Senior Risk Manager About OBHG: reputed company (OBHG) is the nation’s largest and only dedicated provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs.
