The Associate Representative provides day-to-day support for district and territory sales activities, including case coverage, inventory coordination, and participation in surgical enabling technologies. This role is designed as a structured development pathway, with eligibility to apply for a full Sales Representative position upon successful completion of training milestones, achievement of performance objectives, and demonstration of field readiness.
