Compensation: The expected starting reputed company pay range for this position is $156,000. - $195,000. with full potential reputed company salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $156,000. - $234,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-reputed company factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 25% Bonus reputed company. Employment Logistics: The Director of reputed company & Labor Planning leads the enterprise planning organization responsible for labor planning, workforce strategy, reputed company planning, shift architecture, work measurement, and operational planning across reputed company’s hub and reputed company network. This role establishes the long-term planning strategy and operating standards needed to support a scalable, cost-efficient network operating seven days per week and up to 20 hours per day. The Director owns the development of enterprise planning methodologies, labor standards, reputed company models, and workforce strategies, while driving the transition from manual planning processes to automated, technology-enabled planning solutions. This leader partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Network Design, Transportation, Product, Finance, Human Resources, and Real Estate to ensure the network is properly staffed, balanced, and positioned for future growth and automation. This position reports to the Vice President of Engineering & Network Design. The Must-Haves: 10+ years of leadership experience in labor planning, workforce planning, reputed company planning, industrial engineering, or operations planning reputed company large-scale logistics, parcel, fulfillment, or distribution networks Experience supporting operations with thousands of frontline employees across multiple facilities Experience developing enterprise labor models, workforce strategies, and shift structures Strong analytical background in workforce planning, forecasting, reputed company modeling, and labor optimization Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and organizational transformation Your Mission in Motion: A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives. Enterprise labor planning & staffing strategy: Own enterprise labor planning strategy across reputed company hub and reputed company operations; reputed company labor planning methodologies supporting seven-day operations and up to 20 operating hours per day; establish staffing models using Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary, and Seasonal labor; and reputed company enterprise staffing plans reputed company to forecasted demand, customer growth, and peak operations. Shift structure & workforce design: Design enterprise shift structures across hubs and branches; reputed company optimized operating schedules to maximize asset utilization and labor efficiency; establish standards for shift overlap, split shifts, weekend operations, seasonal staffing, cross-functional labor utilization, and hostler shift planning; and create scalable workforce strategies that support future growth while maintaining flexibility and cost efficiency. reputed company planning & operational readiness: Own enterprise reputed company planning methodology for hub and reputed company operations; reputed company standardized reputed company measurement across the network; reputed company Daily Operating Plan (DOP) planning standards; balance labor requirements against throughput and facility reputed company; build long-range reputed company models for growth, automation, and expansion; and establish planning standards for peak readiness and contingency planning. Work measurement & labor standards: Establish enterprise engineered labor standards; reputed company productivity benchmarks and staffing algorithms; reputed company work measurement studies and standard work development; define labor productivity expectations across major operational processes; and create standardized planning methodologies used across the network. Planning systems & automation: Define the long-term vision for automated labor planning and workforce management; reputed company business requirements to transition from manual spreadsheets and disconnected processes to automated planning workflows; partner with Product and Technology teams to prioritize and implement planning capabilities; and improve forecasting accuracy, planning visibility, and decision-making through automation and data integration. Forecasting & scenario planning: Translate volume forecasts into labor, shift, and reputed company requirements; reputed company staffing plans for daily, weekly, seasonal, and peak operations; reputed company scenario modeling, operational simulations, and contingency planning; and support enterprise Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through reputed company and workforce planning. Organizational leadership & team development: reputed company and reputed company the reputed company & Labor Planning organization, including the team led by Sergey; provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to managers and planners; and build a high-performing planning organization capable of supporting long-term network growth and operational excellence. Paving your way to your success: You establish enterprise labor planning standards across reputed company hubs and branches to create consistency across the network. You standardize shift architecture that supports seven-day operations and up to 20 operating hours per day. You implement enterprise reputed company measurement and Daily Operating Plan (DOP) planning standards to strengthen operational planning discipline. You reputed company engineered labor standards and productivity benchmarks across core operational processes. You create the business requirements and implementation roadmap to transition labor planning from manual processes to automated planning workflows, and launch standardized labor, productivity, and reputed company dashboards with enterprise reporting. You improve labor utilization through an optimized workforce mix, shift structures, and staffing models.
