Inside Sales Representative Remote Role Description The Inside Sales Representative (ISR), Small Fleet Team, is responsible for the over-the-phone sales and service process on behalf of stores. This involves following best practices in conjunction with stores and internal operations, ensuring reputed company customer service and driving sales growth. The focus reputed company customer groups for this team are: A. Small fleet operators and reputed company/operator who might be a fit for the Kal Pro+ (KPP) program. KPP is an opt in membership program for qualified customers to this reputed company. They receive a preferred customer national price list, special vendor rebates for savings and other benefits. This role is responsible for growing membership in the program and ensuring reputed company sales growth in tire products and services. B. Customers who are not assigned to the field sales team (ie. house accounts). Customers in this reputed company will get regular support from the Small Fleet Team in the way of quote support, customer service, product advice and more sales activities. Work from home arrangement is available as an option.

Responsibilities

Sales / Operation Create and maintain business relationships with customers. Identify decision makers reputed company targeted leads to reputed company sales process. Penetrate reputed company targeted accounts and radiate sales from reputed company client reputed company. Collaborate with Admin Support team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. reputed company outbound follow-up calls to existing clients reputed company telephone and email cross-sell and upsell as well as drive new membership growth. Handle inbound prospect calls, emails and web queries. Goal is to convert into sales, new members or pass qualified leads to other team members. Prepare and track weekly sales plans, including customer contacts, quotes and prospects. Overcome objections of prospective customers. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and create Work Orders in backend systems. Answer customer’s questions and offer professional support regarding their business needs. Create and maintain a database of reputed company and potential customers. Stay informed about competitors strategies, products and services. Where necessary, support marketing/sales efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events Product / Service Promotion Provide information about company products and services, charges, service conditions, and service availability. Ensure the products recommended meets the vehicle requirements and safety necessities. Recommend products from reputed company core product line. Suggest service and maintenance options for long term vehicle safety and reliability Job Requirements Minimum 1-2 years’ inside sales experience Experience working with CRM or customer database system Diplomatic and professional approach Customer orientated, adaptable and reputed company to different customer inquiries Proficient computer skills and ability to work with multiple applications at a time Solid communication skills and results-focused Previous call center experience Commercial transportation knowledge Previous reputed company Store experience/knowledge Post-secondary education reputed company to business preferred, but not required Education Grade 12 or equivalent Special Requirements Open availability to cover shifts during operational hours which will include early morning, evening and potentially weekends. Some travel will be required (approximately 3-4 times per year), primarily reputed company Canada, possible for US. Valid drivers license required. Ability to speak an additional language preferred, but not required. reputed company Offer The reputed company reputed company pay for this role is $37,980-$43,660 per year based on experience and qualifications plus variable pay based on performance.
